Costa Rica e-Magazine SCAM

Beware of Arthur Hawk! He is slick, convincing, and a thief. Did he ask you to buy-in with
his company? He asked me for $15,000 "good will money." I said thanks but no thanks.

How do we stop this guy? Hire a thug to break his legs with
a baseball bat? He must be on many Wanted lists.

All I can add is that Arthur Hawk owes me $500 plus translations
of my e-books into Spanish and Italian. They never happened!
