I first met Mr. Arthur Hawk when he arrived at my home in Panama with his family on American Thanksgiving to share our dinner. The next thing I knew I was handing him $10,000 for the licensing package of Panama Magazine. Just to make it completely clear of exactly what this "license package" is? It is false promises!
Shortly after handing over the $10,000, January 2009, I started to receive e-mails from other victims of Arthur's, warning me but it was too late. I confronted Arthur, but he always had an explanation. It was very difficult even then to understand exactly how the scam works. I now know that I was the main target among many other innocent victims. I now know of two graphic designers, a sales rep, etc. who have never been paid for their services rendered to Arthur Hawk.
Today, I am out close to $15,000, along with 4 months of working 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. I am humiliated and must face everyone I contacted and explain to them how we were scammed.
He uses the integrity and good name of his initial "mark" to recruit additional professionals and dupe one and all into his scam. He also uses the conscience of his initial "mark" to escape all responsibility. After all, it’s their name, reputation and my face the advertisers and readers see and trust.
This monster is a lifelong con artist and needs to be stopped!

ReplicaPress is my parent company. It's registered in Panama and is completely free of tax on any money earned OUTSIDE Panama.
All of my other companies are held by ReplicaPress including arthurhawk.com and TravelerPress etc.
I think that you were quick to realize that this is a multi-million dollar project and the potential for huge revenue is great!

I mentioned that I have an exit plan already established. I believe that sometime within the next three years, a larger entity will step in and offer me a buy-out that I couldn't refuse.
I am worried that my vision is failing quickly..so it's time for me to seriously consider taking on 2 or 3 partners in ReplicaPress. Even without sight, I could still direct and motivate to make ReplicaPress super successful.
These persons would have to become as dedicated and as focused as I am, in developing the concepts and businesses that I have
so carefully put in place.
I know that you are focused on the radio show...but I'm sure you need to establish a better income and like me, you realize that the time is NOW!
I will consider bring partners in now but definately not gratis. I've got too much at stake here to rely on promises of potential etc. I know you understand what I'm saying.
I have NO partners in any of my companies and ReplicaPress is 100% debt free with 100% of development costs up to now, paid from my own pocket.

I have been asked several times to participate on this site. I choose not to engage in victim consciousness. I looked very hard to see why have I attracted him into my life and what lessons have I learned? The answers are clear for me and they are worth every penny that it has cost me and I am forever grateful to him for teaching them to me.
ReplyDeletePeople in general do not realize that focusing their energy on him doesn't make him weaker it makes him stronger. We need to learn to love him for what he has done for all of us. The mirror he has provided for all us. But what we do instead,is hate him and prosecute him. He did not put a gun to our head to make us do anything. We have made our own choices. We believed!
That's true, but things are quite different if you are a freelancer hoping to get paid for your work; much work.
ReplyDeletein regards to "coach" toth. You have to be kidding. People should not be "loving" Arthur. They should be helping to track him down so he can stop hurting unsuspecting, decent people. He should be made to accept responsibility for his actions and to pay the consequences with legal action.

Replica Press (www.replicapress.com) is not a real company. Arthur Hawk (www.arthurhawk.info) simple developed a name (NO legal paper work) and sales copyrighted e-books and e-magazines under the fake press company's name with Coach Steve Toth's skilled leadership.
Coach Steve . . . Why do you promote a falsely copyrighted book with Arthur Hawk?
Mr Toth, get real, pull your head in and wake up to yourself! Forget the self help jargon and step back in the real world for just a moment. Hawk is a criminal and regardless of any lessons he has taught us and why we learnt them, he preyed upon the good nature of others. I too have put it down to experience and can appreciate there was a valuable life lesson learnt, but I'd still wring his scrawny neck if I could get my hands on him.

The people Arthur stole from now can not pay their bills or go to university or regain their health. This is not someone to love!!!
